Winter gear…label, label, label! It is mind boggling to see how similar winter outdoor clothing looks. Masking tape on the inner tag of jackets, snow pants, and hats will save the teachers considerable time as they maneuver the challenge of winter self-help skills in each classroom.

A student in Miss Robyn and Miss Sue’s class is missing a pair of Lands End, light blue, elastic waist snow pants, in a larger size (perhaps a 6). Please check and see if perhaps they were placed in the incorrect gear bag. Thanks.

Upcoming School Closing Date: Presidents’ Day will be celebrated Monday, February 15th.

Music with Susan Vance: Stop by to see the energy! Susan has an incredible amount of age appropriate instruments available for the children to use. She even has a full size acoustic guitar for our young musicians to strum. Her activities include group participation ensemble music, group singing, solos, individualized dance movement, and cooperative group games where everyone sings- all in a lively 45 minute session. Check it out!

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA): It’s not too early to think about early summer and wonderfully fresh, locally grown produce delivered weekly for 16 weeks by our very own Covered Bridge Gardens farmer, Mick Prochko. Look for his new brochure for the 2010 growing season – coming soon.
